The Survey of Educational Institutes of Rehabilitation Workers in Asia and Pacific was carried out to develop a directory of educational institutes in Asia and the Western Pacific while expecting such directory will promote communications between rehabilitation professionals and collaborative works among the professionals. Similar survey was carried out in 1997. Efforts and progress to improve rehabilitation services are observed in increased number of schools and students enrolled in many countries.
We appreciate rehabilitation professionals in Asia and the Pacific for their provision of information to develop this directory. Without the support from our colleagues, we could not develop this directory. We hope to continue our collaborative works to develop the complete directory.
